Mr. Anderson has been responsible for the start-up and growth of Skyline Locations as it’s recognized today and continues to direct the day-to-day operations nationwide.  Mr. Anderson started his career at an unusually young age in the business of film and television production.  Honing an intimate knowledge of the technical, logistical and creative crafts behind physical production, Mr. Anderson worked on productions of all varieties and sizes in facilities from sound stages to class-A high-rise properties from Los Angeles to Edinburgh.  After working extensively in that capacity, he redirected his career path toward the management of entertainment-based real properties and the provision of production services with several production facilities in Los Angeles.  Applying the production education accrued over the years to the management of such facilities proved to be an invaluable convenience to the facilities’ customers.  Before starting Skyline Locations with SHM Partners, Mr. Anderson spent five years managing an SHM Partners-built studio facility, Los Angeles Center Studios, which also has many physical and operational attributes in common with non-entertainment based properties, such as a notable “class-A” high-rise office component – adding another hands-on educational element to his background.  Mr. Anderson has also actively served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Ontario, California.
